You have14 days to change your mind about joining. To cancel you will need to give notice in writing/email. You can do this at any time up to 14 days after joining. If your swimmer swims with us during the 14-day cancellation period we will charge a proportion of the monthly/termly fee to cover this period and we will refund the balance of any fees you have already paid.

Academy - after the 14-day notice period has expired, term fees will not be refunded.

Squad - cnce the 14-day notice period has expired, one months notice is required to leave the squad. Fees for the squad during the notice period remain payable.
